This policy applies to all physical goods purchased directly through Just Ask Katy (e.g., self care products, custom print collateral, etc.).
We accept returns on physical goods that are either damaged upon arrival or are unopened and unused within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Custom/Personalized Goods: Sales of custom-designed goods (e.g., printed business cards, tailored collateral) are final unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
Opened Items: Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are demonstrably defective.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Mary Kay® product, you may return it to us. We will arrange a replacement, exchange for another product, or a full refund of the purchase price, provided the item was purchased directly from Mary Kay website.
To ensure a smooth and timely return, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Initiate the Return
Contact us via email at returns@justaskkaty.com or through our website's contact form within 30 days of purchase. In your message, please include:
Your name and order number.
The item(s) you wish to return.
The reason for the return (e.g., damaged, unused, product dissatisfaction).
Whether you request a refund, exchange, or replacement.
Step 2: Receive Confirmation & Shipping Instructions
We will review your request and reply with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how and where to ship your item(s). Returns sent without a valid RAN may not be processed.
Step 3: Package and Ship the Item
Securely package the item in its original packaging (if possible). Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Step 4: Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected (which usually takes 3–5 business days), we will process your requested refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.
