This policy outlines the terms for cancelling both consulting appointments and physical product orders.
We understand that scheduling conflicts occur. Our policy is designed to respect both your time and the time reserved by the consultant.
Rescheduling: We request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your consulting appointment.
Late Cancellation (Less than 24 Hours): If you cancel or attempt to reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, the non-refundable deposit/booking fee ($25 placeholder for some services) will be retained to cover the reserved time.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a confirmed appointment without any prior notice, the entire booking fee will be forfeited.
This policy applies specifically to physical goods and is dependent on the status of your order.
Standard Products: Orders for standard inventory items can be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received before the item has shipped. If the item has already shipped, you must wait to receive the product and then follow the standard return process.
Custom/Design Collateral: Orders for customized or personalized materials (Brand Collateral) can only be cancelled before the design proof has been approved and sent to the printer. Once the order has entered the printing or production phase, cancellation is not possible, and no refund will be issued.
